Date is correct
Client name, company, address and mobile number are correct; email is correct if provided
Quotation type and subject line match what the client actually asked for
Equipment rating, specifications and quantities are accurate
Unit prices, accessory lines, equipment totals and the combined total (if selected) are correct
Every term has an explicit keep/remove choice; kept terms match what was agreed with the client
Battery warranty matches the included batteries: 26 Ah and above — 2 years; below 26 Ah — 1 year
Signature block (contact person's name, phone and optional email) is filled in correctly
